Winch Ring

The horntools pulley, also known as a winch ring or snatch block, is made of high-quality aluminium and is suitable for use with synthetic rope winches. Pulleys are needed to increase pulling force, change the direction of pull and thus improve efficiency and safety when recovering vehicles or pulling heavy loads.

Pulley for plastic rope:

Our aluminium pulley has been specially developed for use with plastic rope. It may only be used in combination with synthetic soft shackles.

• Suitable for rope diameters 10 to 14 mm
• Only use with synthetic rope and soft shackle
• Material: aluminum 6061 anodized

Areas of application:

• Self-recovery: With a pulley and a cable winch, you can use the pulley principle to free your stuck vehicle, such as a car, ATV or truck.
• Recovery with the cable winch: A pulley can also be useful if a vehicle is available for recovering another vehicle that is stuck. This increases the pulling force and changes the pulling direction if necessary.
• Forestry: A deflection pulley can also be used for efficient work in forestry. As our deflection pulleys are only suitable for pulling on the ground, they can be used for pulling tree trunks.
